This talk is more a Q&A then an actual lecture but a interesting peek into this time frame at Facebook (end of 2005). I like the notion that the facilitation of knowledge and experience is held in such high regard. Reminds me of Steve Jobs in the matter. I am still not a participating member on facebook but I like peeking across the fence here and there (in terms of marketing, technology and as a developer).
